Stormwater treatment facilities

Stormwater treatment systems are used for phased treatment of natural rainfall coming from various buildings and areas.

Stormwater treatment facilities usually consist of Grit Chamber, oil separator (Class 1 or Class 2), various wells and also, in some cases, Active Carbon Filter.

Main areas of use:
  • Systems of fuel storage at gas stations;
  • Car wash and workshops;
  • Parkings and parking houses;
  • Stormwater collectors and plants.
Treatment data:
In Out*
Suspended solids <300 mg/l <3 mg/l
Fuel/ oil <75 mg/l <0,05 mg/l

Flexibility

Possibility of amendments and additions at the stages of design and manufacture.

TRIPLEX

In systems with the capacity of up to 30 l/s, a possibility to use a special single-case system TRIPLEX for cleaning up stormwater.

Built-in modules

In order to minimise costs, we recommend in-built grit chambers for systems with low load.

Warranty

All our products as well as parts have warranty coverage periods and are delivered with a complete package of all the required documents and certificates.

How it works

Through collection wells, rainfall ends up in grit chambers, where sand and mud settle, after which partially purified runoff ends up in the oil/ fuel separator, where it is purified from petrol, oils, and other light impurities. From the oil/ fuel separator, runoff is directed to the active filter where special sorbents remove fine residues of suspended particles and oil products.

Materials

Our products are manufactured from laminated fiber-glass reinforced plastic using special winding and spray machines (GFRP and GFP materials). The whole process is under the control of the qualified professionals.
